Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, medical system servers, networks, and cybersecurity frameworks. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of all systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain company IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and networks.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
  • Ensure system security, data backup, antivirus protection, and access control.
  • Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth system operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Liaise with external vendors/service providers for AMC, repairs, and IT procurements.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and system documentation.
  • Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, and uptime.
  • Support ERP, CRM, email systems, and office applications.
  • Ensure timely updates, patches, and preventive maintenance of systems.
  • Assist management with MIS reports and IT-related process improvements.
  • Handle team coordination for IT tasks, issue resolution, and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in system administration / IT support.
  • Knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, security, and backups.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Business Operations Executive 

Job Description:

Operations Management

  • Handle daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and management teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and improve internal operational processes.

Order Management

  • Process customer orders received from sales team and distributors.
  • Ensure timely order entry, confirmation, invoicing coordination, and dispatch follow-up.
  • Track pending, completed, and cancelled orders.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain stock records for skincare, haircare, slimming, and professional product ranges.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
  • Update inward and outward stock movements accurately.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock audits.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate packing, dispatch, courier, and transporter arrangements.
  • Ensure timely shipment of orders across regions.
  • Track deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.

Sales Team Support

  • Provide backend support to Medical Representatives / Business Development Executives / Area Managers.
  • Share stock availability, dispatch status, schemes, and product updates.
  • Coordinate urgent requirements from field sales team.

MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports related to orders, stock, dispatch, and sales support.
  • Maintain records of customer orders, returns, replacements, and pending deliveries.
  • Generate management reports as required.

Customer & Distributor Coordination

  • Communicate with customers, distributors, and dealers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve basic service issues professionally.

Process Improvement

  • Identify delays, gaps, and inefficiencies in operations.
  • Suggest better systems and workflow improvements.
