• Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
• Proven medical sales experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, medical system servers, networks, and cybersecurity frameworks. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of all systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers .

  • Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall systems

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

  • Maintain data backup, recovery, and disaster management plans

  • Administer access control, permissions, and user accounts

  • Implement cybersecurity best practices & patch management

  • Support medical device connectivity and software integration

  • Documentation of infrastructure, policies, and procedures

  • Vendor coordination for hardware, software, and IT services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field

  • 0.6–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

  • Experience with Windows Server & Linux Administration

  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)

  • Knowledge of backup systems and cybersecurity fundamentals
